At Heavenly Essentials, every garment is thoughtfully made to support your well-being, alongside our commitment to environmental sustainability. Read about our supply chain transparency and efforts below.

Organic Materials

Heavenly Essentials products are made using 100% GOTS certified (Global Organic Textile Standard) Linen, certified in the EU and US. We source the highest quality European flax in the world, from a small regenerative farm in France.

We transport the fibers to our knitting mill in Spain, where the fibers are spun into yarn and turned into fabric. Once the fabric is ready to be transformed into product, it is shipped directly from our production facility in Europe to the United States, where it is carefully sewn into our pieces in Los Angeles. We sew all our garments together with sustainably sourced, organic European linen thread.

Ethical Manufacturing

Heavenly Essentials is committed to ethical production, along every step of our supply chain. We work exclusively with small, family-owned manufacturers in Europe, for the production of our specialty fabrics and elastics ribbons.

All of our raw materials and textiles are grown and manufactured in Europe. The European textile industry is world-renowned for its craftsmanship and sustainability-focus.

We design and sew all our pieces in the USA, ensuring the highest ethical standards and procedures. We are committed to a fully transparent production process, free of child-labor or any unethical practices.

Premium, Regenerative Fabrics

All of our flax is grown organically and regeneratively in Europe (according to GOTS standards), to produce the highest quality linen fabric that the world has to offer. This region’s rich soil and Northern Sea climate are the perfect conditions for growing vibrant, mineral-rich crops, that produces increased lignans, which are the unique healing compound, found only in linen fabric. When compared to conventionally grown linen, organic linen can have up to ten times the amount of skin-healing lignans!

To create our flax-based elastics, we source natural tree rubber from Fair-trade farms in Malaysia. Natural rubber is obtained from the sap of the rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis). The rubber is harvested by scratching the bark of the tree. We only use FSC-certified natural rubber and no synthetic rubber in the production of our organic elastics. Our delicate ribbons are made by weaving together tree rubber threads and organic flax yarn.

Our product range includes thoughtfully designed, real mother of pearl, biblical gemstones and copper metal details- creating timeless sophistication from genuine, organic materials.

Plant-based, Compostable Packaging

All of our products and packaging are completely plant-based and plastic-free. Not only are your Heavenlies biodegradable and compostable - but so are all of the packaging materials! Our hangtags and printed materials are tree-free, and made from cotton, hemp, grass and/or sugarcane. All of our inks are plant-based, non-toxic and Oeko-Tex certified, including the tagless labels on the inside of our underwear. Our labels are made from linen and vegetable ink.
