Organic Materials
Our products are made using 100% GOTS certified (Global Organic Textile Standard) Linen, certified in the EU and US. We source the highest quality European flax in the world, from a small regenerative farm in France.
We transport the fibers to Spain, where they are spun into yarn and turned into fabric. Once the fabric is ready to be transformed into product, it is shipped directly from our production facility in Europe to the United States, where it is carefully sewn into our pieces in Los Angeles. We sew all our garments together with sustainably sourced, European flax thread.

Ethical Manufacturing
Heavenly Essentials is committed to ethical production, along every step of our supply chain. We work exclusively with family-owned manufacturers in Europe, for the production of our fabrics and elastic ribbons.
All of our textiles are grown and manufactured in Europe. The European textile industry is world-renowned for its craftsmanship and sustainability-focus. All manufacturers must comply with the European Union's environmental legislation to operate, allowing us to be sure our manufacturers are monitoring their air, water and energy output at every step of the way.
After we receive our fabrics to the United States, we ensure safe and respectful working conditions at our Downtown Los Angeles cut & sew factory, with spacious workstations, ample breaks and fair wages.
We design and sew all our pieces in the US, ensuring the highest ethical standards and procedures. We are committed to a fully transparent production process, free of child-labor or any unethical practices.
Premium, Regenerative Fabrics
All of our flax is grown organically and regeneratively in Europe (according to GOTS standards), to produce the highest quality linen fabric that the world has to offer. This region’s rich soil and Northern Sea climate are the perfect conditions for growing vibrant, mineral-rich crops, that produces increased lignans, which are the unique healing compound, found only in linen fabric. When compared to conventionally grown linen, organic linen can have up to ten times the amount of lignans!
To create our flax-based elastics, we source natural tree rubber from Fair-trade farms in Malaysia. Natural rubber is obtained from the sap of the rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis). The rubber is harvested by scratching the bark of the tree. We only use FSC-certified natural rubber and no synthetic rubber in the production of our organic elastics. Our delicate ribbons are made by weaving together tree rubber threads and flax yarn.

Plant-based, Compostable Packaging
All of our products and packaging are completely plant-based and plastic-free. Not only are your Heavenlies biodegradable and compostable, but so is all of the packaging materials they come in! Our hangtags and printed materials are tree-free, and made from cotton, hemp, grass or sugarcane paper. All of our inks are soy-based and Oeko-Tex certified, including the tagless labels on the inside of each pair of underwear, which are made from coffee beans.
